Default My UK Zed (with US parts) - 56k no-no

Hi everyone from the other side of the pond

Here's my car - just back from the bodyshop last week. A mate of mine took it car down the seafront in Brighton and took a few pictures at the end of dusk using 7 second exposures on a high quality camera, with tripod. I couldn't believe anything would come out! Anyway, it did, and here's some of them. Surprisingly, he wasn't pleased with them, but I'm loving them!!!

I wish I knew more about photography...

If you're curious, it's a spoilerdepot rear wing, Speed-racing rear apron, Nismo zorst, Ings +1 skirts and Kaminari front.

I still think it's funny that most of us in the states call it a "Zee" whereas many other english speaking countries call it a "Zed"

... in any case, those photographs are pretty decent, smack your friend upside the head and tell him they aren't as bad as he thinks.

Yep, we call the letter 'Z' = "Zed", despite being force-fed a strict diet of Sesame Street from an early age

19*10" rear
19*9" front

It's astonishing but with that kit, the rims look tiny

HID washers - legal requirement in the UK. Very cool. They pop out and spray the lenses

We get lots of things the US market doesn't. But that's probably because a 350Z over here costs approx $47,000

That's very kind of you. The truth of it is that I spent a great deal of time in Photoshop trying to mock up how it would look and making sure that the overall 'body' height of the car would be common from back to front (my main complaint with mix and match kits is that it isn't)
