Default What should I do?

OK here's the situation: Exactly 3 months ago I ordered an 05 PPW Track. The sales manager promised that it will be here anytime between 30-90 days. He even said most of the time its around 60 days so don't worry. So I waited and waited and now its been over 3 months. So should I go back and get my deposit back and wait til the '06 comes out? And what are the chances of getting the deposit back?

The price of the car was $33,500+tax and reg. Is that a good deal or should I work on that if I decide to wait it out? Thanks in advance.

You should try to work it lower to about 34-35k otd, try getting quotes from multiple dealers. Also check over the changes in the '06 model and decide whether or not you like those changes, if not I'd suggest you try to deal to get an '05 as soon as you could.

Get your deposit back and wait for a 06. The changes of 06 are good imo.
Make sure you stick with a ppw

IMO , i think the '05 headlights look better than the '06 head lights, and the same with the brake lights, but some people like the new brake lights better. I dont really care about the new interior and all, i like it just how it is right now, scratch proof, lol.

Default hey..

By Law they need to refund your deposit no questions asked!!
They can not keep your money for no reason!and secondly they were not suposed to deposit your check in the first place! They were just suposed to keep it as a security deposit!!nothing else!

I can hook you up with a good dealer, one of my very best friends is the GM,and im pretty sure he can help you out!

Let me know.
The Dealer is in the Valley doe a little bit far away from you.

Thanks for the suggestions you guys..

dekidex1977: Where in the valley? Are you talking about up north or down south where you're at? As of right now I don't really care how far I drive as long as I get the Z!

So I went to the dealership yesterday and this is what they are offering for not having the car here on time:

1. Free trunk mat.
2. Free floor mats.
3. Free cargo package.
4. Free side airbags.(Ordered it when I ordered the car.Wanted $620 now free)
5. Free first aid and emergency roadside kit.
6. Free Nismo shift ****.
7. Free license plate frame and key chain.
8. Free 4 oil changes(1 years worth)
9. Free car cover and lock.
10. Free wheel locks.
11. 7 year/100,000 miles, $0 deductible for $1,450(they said thats cost)

So what do you guys think? Should I take it or milk it some more? What else can I get?
And the manager said that there is no way I can get an '06 for this price.

My friend got a 2005 Enthu. Roadster for 34,500 + TTL. I dont know if that helps but i see you were paying 33,500 + TTL for yours. Try some other dealerships and then go back to that same dealer and tell him that the other dealer is giving it to you for less AND YOU DONT WHAVE TO WAIT. Tell them Its on the lot or something like that

Isn't that a little bit high for an Enthusiast. I thought MSRP for the enthusiast is like $30k. Maybe I'm wrong? Or is it because its a Roadster? Oh well..Thanks for the feedback..

damn, you waited over 3 months?....you are one patient guy. if i were you, i would get my deposit back and wait for the '06 if you can't find an '05 you want from another dealer in stock. btw i had to go central valley area from the bay area to get my car.
btw, PPW rocks
