Membership Cards

The new redesigned site will launch roughly July 3rd-July5th area. I am waiting until then because there is info that I can't release until the whole embargo thing passes.
Once the new site launches, it will have an area specific to the club, each chapter etc. List the members per chapter, their email address, eventually pix of their Z's and actual home pages hosted on the my350z.com server. (should they wish to share pictures with others of their family, their car, whatever)
With all of this, membership cards will follow. Main reason I haven't been able to get the cards I wanted to as of yet is because a) we don't have our new official logo designed yet (there is a contest though for anyone that wishes to throw their hat into the ring on the design for the logo etc.. I wanted to get harder plastic membership cards that would look really sweet, but the price break on those is at 200 and then 500 cards. Right now, the club has just under 100 members countint the original 50 charter members. So 44 or 45 fresh members have come on board since we launched the idea of a my350z.com nationwide club.
I know we can do cheaper, easier cards but I figure if people are paying good money, why give them a cheap card? So once the site is launched, the contest is over and we have all voted on the logo we want to use, I'll go ahead on get the cards. I might end up ordering 200 initially, maybe even 500... but that's alright. I am sure in time, many more will join our club.
I'm pretty pumped about the new site design/layout. Everything will be so much easier to understand and find. Information from day one of the car's journey in 1999 to production three years later. I've got images not on the site now, tech stats not on the site, the whole thing... and hopefully, everyone will agree the new site is better, faster loading etc. We'll also be starting a banner script across the top of ever page that will incorporate advertisers that have paid to have their items displayed. There funds goes to keeping the site running so I'm excited about that. I haven't been too aggresive yet in looking for new customers that wish to buy a banner ad space, but I am sure once the new site is ready... new customers will start to fill in the blank spots.
So like the Z, the cards are coming... If anyone has any ideas towards logos or anything, check out the contest thread and enter your idea!
