Default Dealers....They always seem to be up to no good....ALL of them....

Hello, I am currently still very interesting purchasing a 350z coupe, just shopping around to see how much I want to spend. How ever, my father purchased a Mercedes from Mercedes of Manhatten, and the MB dealer over here won't fix his window motor. They are making him go back to the original dealer where he bought it. Not a big deal since my father works in the city, but I was wondering is Nissan the same way. The dealer which I'm most likely going to purchase my Z from, is about 60 miles from me. I don't want to have to drive 60 miles if this is true.

Also, I will be most likely be getting a extended warranty. I know many people have posted this recently, but I want to make sure before i pay the extra fee. After it passes it's original 3/36kwarranty, will the extended warranty still cover the small problems?

Thanks guys...

No, your warranty is covered by any Nissan Dealer.
No warranty covers everything so chose what you want to spend for coverage.

That's strange, I have a 2005 Mercedes ML special edition and I've taken it to three different dealerships when I was having electrical problems. None of them told me to go to the original place where I bought it from. Maybe just in NYC? Your benz warranty should cover your dad's Mercedes dealership to dealership.

That's totaly unacceptable espically for a highend auto dealer. If I were your dad I would contact the Mercedes regional manager. Man I would be so pissed to have some smuck tell me that, boy the war would be on
