Default Positive Experience with Nissan Service.

I took the Brick into Future Nissan yesterday to replace all four OEM tires (24000 miles) with Toyo T 1 Rs. I was actually paying a premium, about $150, to have the Nissan shop buy/install the tires but I wanted the front end alignment done after the new tires installed.

Plus I figured sooner or later I would need something done to the car by the dealer service & this was a chance to get to know them.

Anyway, just got a call from the Service Manager. After changing tires the mechanic took the car for a test drive. Seems there was/is a problem with the axels being to noisy (anyone else have this issue?). So they are replacing the axels.....no charge; under warrenty. Fiurther, they are going to get it done today.

Not to shabby, imo.

Future Nissan is where i bought my Nissan car from. I reccomend them highly. If i wasn't two hours away i would take my car into them for everything. If you get a chance to go into the showroom, ask for Kelly (Internet sales). She's super hot.

Now they get a hot sales gal & reasonable pricing!! LOL!

I tried to buy my Zzz from them in 02 but they refused to sell at MSRP. I ended up buying from a dealer in Visalia.........300 miles away.

Service dept. does seem to be well run. This is my second experience with them. First was an alignment for the feathering.
