guys I need some one to help me through this cuz I had an accident month & half ago and the car will cost $5000 and the dealer treated me so bad he just dumped my car in the dust and did nothing till I visited the work shop last Saturday just to have an idea about what happened so I realized that the dealer didn't order the parts and the b@sterd when I used to call him to know the status of my car he used tell me that he is waiting for the parts to be arrived

plz guys can any one provide me with a link where i can complain to Nissan head quarter cuz I entered Nissan Japanese web site and I understood nothing even when i turned it to english language i did not get to the proper link
