Do you hear this intermittant noise when the car is stopped as well? If you feel it's not axle clicking, it might be the fuel pump making that pssssst sound. As far as I know, this is normal.

How slow (or fast) do you need to be going to hear the noise? I get a click, but only when going very slowly, and on a smooth surface - like my garage or underground parking - i.e. smooth pavement. I thought it was a rock in the tires...

Get on a hill. Come to a full stop and then drive slowly up the hill. You will here it. Tick Tick.

Also, if you have aftermarket rims with the APS attached to the inside of the rim, sometimes it will come loose and make rattling noises as it bangs between the tire and rim.
