Default Had some free time, and Jet Lag

I have about a month off so I decided to install all the little goodies I ordered when I was away. I started about 3:00 am (Jet Lag). The first thing were the LED lights which were pretty easy. I did a search and someone did a nice piece on it. In the daytime they are nothing to be thrilled about, but a night, sweet .

Next, was the Momo shift boot and shift ****. I'm very happy with both. I feel it matches my seats nicely. Lastly, I installed the Hood Shocks. It was pretty straight forward and works great. I was about 115 degrees in my garage and I was ready to pass out. I love Vegas. Tomorrow I was going to install the torque Dampener and Push Button Engine Start, but it's to damn hot. It's going to the shop bright and early. I also have a Carbon Creation CF Lip Spoiler coming in tomorrow

It certainly does! Thanks, and by the way, would it be feasible to get rid of some of that slack in the shift boot? It looks like you could afford to lose some of the leather and still have the **** be fully functional. I think it would look a little better if there wasn't so much leather bunched up.

Also, how is the feel and flexibility of the momo leather?

(For example, I have a leather jacket that doesn't feel very supple at all, and it is very stiff leather, but the stock shift boot is quite supple and extremely flexible...)

I was thinking about getting a similar ****/boot but I would like to hear your experience and feelings about it.

Thanks in advance.

It is possible to get rid of some of the slack by cutting the bottom of the boot during installation, but I like it that way. The **** is great, its heavier that stock and feel very solid. As for the leather it feels fine to me. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.....db

Who makes the push button start? Did you install yet? If so, how is it?

Thanks

I ordered an S2000 Push Button from a Honda Dealer, about $40. I'm taking it to a local speed shop to have it installed tomorrow. I'll post picks later...db

What is the purpose of a push button start? Is it better in some way, or is it just for show?

I'm not being cynical or anything, I just have no idea --

The push button will be functional, but mainly just for cool points. I saw another member with a push buttton start, that were I got the idea. I don't mind if you get the same shift ****. I really think you will like it....db
