Default Best Place to get K&N Air Filter??

I've checked eBay, of course...any other places to get the K&N Air Filter at a good price?? Seems like Pep Boys and some other places OVER charge for this filter.

Thanks!

Are you talking about a direct filter replacement? How much have you been finding it for? Is this a better deal than what you've been finding?

I'm just talking about replacing the OEM Air Filter. The link you provided shows exactly the type I'm looking for. I've seen it a few bucks cheaper....I think the lowest was around $32.00 (probably that plus a shipping charge,,,ugh!).

I'll keep shopping around......

No thanks...I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and get a new one. You must have that Super K&N Filter, if it gives you a 60 HP increase....LOL. Bet I could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge too! LOL

BTW...I believe I saw the $32 or something price on eBay...Where else?? I'll probably just get it from there!

I'm getting close to needing a new air filter also. I've used K&N in some other cars and was not too impressed with either the performance gains(actually seemed to lose of power) or their filtering ability(oil seemed to get dirty quicker).

I was wondering has anyone compared the K&N to jdm drop-in performance filters from Blitz and HKS? I like the idea that some of the jdm filters are "dry" filters(don't use oil).

+1. I would like to get this information or numbers on actual air flow rate increase and filtering particulate size or quality.

Here's another ? ....Anyone ever use the "True Flow Foam Air Filter" ....I saw it advertised at Pep Boys website for $28.00....It's different than other filters I've seen since it uses a foam material. What do you guys think??

Check it out:
