Default New clutch installed...but wobbly?

Just got my Z back from Performance Nissan today.
My Z was in service for a week(!) to replace new clutch and flywheel.
Damn long *** time, but I guess it's all good since they installed Pop Charger for free.

However, after I drove it for a while I began to notice something funky
about the new clutch.
Well I like the fact that it's nice and stiff now, but I think there's definitly one problem.
When I let out the clutch, it comes out smooth. But once it starts grabbing,
the rest of the way out it's awefully wobbly! (not side to side, but vertically of course)
Basically, the clutch pedal starts wobbling at 3/4 of the way out.

Also, i smell the clutch burning smell after I drive for a while.
So I was debating if the clutch makes this smell cuz it's a new clutch,
or the problem wasn't solved even after they fixed it?
I did rev a lot today to test the Pop Charger(sounds awesome btw),
and it may be the cause of burning smell..well I'm not sure.
But my friend told me new clutch smells in the beginning.
Damn but the wobbly clutch is damn fishy.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Was it there a week because you were one of the people who got a new transmission as well? The trans missions were on back order, I think we got them in on Tuesday, I dont remember exactly...

Did jeff know your car was there? I know I didnt...

You got a New Clutch Disc if they did replace your trans. That may be why you are smelling the clutch, it needs to break in to your probably already glazed flywheel from your previous set up...

??
