So I got my oil changed at Nissan today and..
while sitting in the waiting area spectating a commercial that they're making for the dealership, a gentleman comes over to me and asks if I would like to be in the commerical. I was very hesitant and didn't really want to....I've turned down several news interviews before(you know, the kind where you walk past news ppl and they stop and ask to intvw you) because I don't like being in front of a camera. I really didn't want to do it. I finally agreed and said OK show me what to do.
So they had all these lights and cameras set up in the showroom around this Nissan Titan....they just wanted me to read the sticker and glance and walk around the truck as if I was interested(yea, a 19 y/o kid who wants to buy a 43K Titan) and they filmed me doing that. I then went to one of the service guys and was like sooo think I can get a free oil change out of this? He said yea...and he's also giving me a free alignment next time I'm in as well.
I really only did it because I want to get on the good side of the dealership..that way if I have any problems down the road, maybe they will be more nice to me because I was in their commerical. haha. Would you guys have done it?

Oh well..its over and done with now, nothing that I can do.....I live in a relatively big city, and this is def. the biggest Nissan dealership in the area so it will get viewed by pretty much all of my friends lol...can't wait to see what kind of wrath I catch from them.

I'm a member of SCCXTERRA.com and a few years ago we were contacted by Nissan for a comercial.
3 weeks later a $450 check showed up in my mail box! It was cool having over 50 Xterra's and fontears almost all heavily modified tearing through the desert and a dry lake bed.
