does anyone know of any computer tuning programs if i had a laptop in the car were i can tune the car and monitor it>?

I have not read anything yet other than from what he told me. He said you can monitor your car's values on the laptop and its a free program.

Edit: Any OBDII car should work, not specifically Subarus.
