Default why are people at NNA such idiots?

Local dealer calls NNA to confirm on replacing my front 2 tires.
The warranty rep states that "hes not sure if 04s are covered." You simply have to put in my VIN # AND IT WILL TELL YOU.

Call NNA consumers affairs, lady tells me that they'll be contacting the dealer. Three days later, *I* call the dealer randomly to see what the word is. He says NNA contacted him, told him that they are ONLY COVERING alignment and are not doing front 2 tires on 04 Z's.
THE LETTER, which my stupid local dealerw ont even look at it, clearly states how you go abouts resolving this issue.
Yet, something so simple had been ran around for the past 2weeks because no Nissan rep can simply confirm that the 2 tires should be replaced if there is feathering,

If you have a letter, shouldn't that be proof enough?

you would think so...

but no, they need to "confirm" with the Warranty Dept. of NNA.... whom apparently has individuals working there that do not know what the hell is going on.

yah, tried going to another dealer...
NNA rep then calls me and tells me theyre trying to sort thing out. I said I went to another dealer, they said simply because I changed dealers, they no longer have to help me anymore.
I just hung up.

have everything put in written form and go to court and umiliate them

recall letter is pretty much bomb proof

also ask for damages for time lost and emotilonal stress while you are at it

NNA sucks ***
