I was already married when I got my Z. But I did used my Corvette to pick up my wife though.

in my limited experience... girls just like clean cars that don't break down. Well at least the kind of girls that I would want to date, Any girl thats attracted to the car will most likely be too high maintenance for me to put up with for too long.

 

my buick doesn't get any attention clean or not, unless it's from a 72 year old woman. The Z gets looks clean or dirty.

But you're right, most of the girls attracted to cars are gold diggers, or high maint. There are a few that are just..into cars, and appreciate them.

I did'nt buy mine to pick up girls, but the practically throw their panties in the car. Girls like that are fun for a week or two at most.

okay, then would anyone mind telling what car IS good for pickup up chics?

 

I got my GF without the Z. =) At the end of our first date she saw my car, but she was digging me even when she didn't know about it. She does say she likes the car alot though!

Two columns on the inside thread were very feathered. But it was only on the left front tire. Her dad said that mechanic said that it needed new shocks. Could shocks help prevent our feathering?

 

That sounds more like an alignment issue than anything else. Maybe the shocks are worn out, especially if she ever goes offroad or pulls any heavy loads. The wear is probably not feathering either, it is just worn due to the bad shocks.

To be sure though I would check so of the chevy forums and see if anyone else has this issue. If not, then it is the shocks. If others are having the same problem, then who knows, it may just be faulty alignments from the factory.

I saw a post over on the supra forum written by a crazy rich guy who said chicks would follow his lambo and throw themselves at him. I dont care how lame that it is, I still think that would be pretty bad ***... but at the end of the day thats not the kind of girl you want.

 

If you want chicks to like your car, get the touring so you have seat heaters. Chicks love them.
