Witnessed by a Security Guard + Caught on tape of a Security Camera.

If I ever get to meet these idiots, I will ask them:
-Why?
-How did you feel right before, during and after?

I hope they get charged with Vandalism, Mischeif, Private Property Damage and I'm gonna sue them for Emotional Distress (I'm sure many of you can relate to that).

a few weeks ago some kids threw a rock at my car causing a paint chip. I called cops, they got arrested. The police officer said that I can get a report and go to MY insurance copmany or sue the parents => but they are probably broke so I will get $hit...

hope your convicts are from a higher social class then mine...

You got to find them 1st. Just caus someone saw them and they are on camera doesnt mean that they are going to be found, and chances are cops are going to care lees about a scratch on someones car.
