Default Never Go To Northside Nissan In Chas

after having my 45k mile service done, on the way home my car was rattling. long story short 2 lug nuts on my front left wheel i could unscrew with my hand, all other lugs were loose except for front right wheel. Supposedly with the 45k service my tires were balanced and i had an alignment done. However, my wheels had no weights on them, and i am guessing the front right wheel never even came off since those lugs were the only ones that were tight. Here is a picture of my front drivers tire, which was again supposedly balanced and i supposedly had an alignment done. They never mentioned that the belts on the inside of the tire were coming through until i brought the car back with loose lug nuts. When i had the tires changed (at a different place) they said it looks like an alignment was not done either. WTF how did they balance this tire and align the car and neglect to tell me about the tire? AGAIN DO NOT GO TO NORTHSIDE NISSAN IN CHARLESTON SC. The owner of the dealership did refund my money, but that doesnt make up for the BS they pulled and they probably do this to everyone.

Good thing you got your refund. That's one of the reason's I don't like to leave my car, always try to wait for it, also I'm very picky who I take it to.

Call Nissan North America and complain to them. (800) NISSAN-1 (or 800-647-7261)
