Actually, someone who owns a shop bought the car to fix it. It was only about $8,000 in parts, the rest was labor which if you own the shop is much cheaper than a billable rate.

How much if at any will this affect your insurance rate? Just curious b/c I just had about 7k worth of damage to my Z. If anyone has any simular experiences with their insurance raising after an accident... please post.

it can be fixed, but your car will never be the same... sorry for the accident man... it always pains me to see a bruised Z.
