Well, I ordered something on their site around mid-late September & I have since been sending them email to follow-up on my order (i.e. tracking number) but I've never gotten a response back from them. Anyone know where they're at?

Yep. They deducted my payment on 09/25. All I want is a status.

 

um did you actually try calling them? I spoke to BJ himself yesterday about the availability of some spare parts i need. Someone always answers the phone
