Default What would you do?

Some of you may remember I was in a self induced accident with a concrete post about 2 months ago. I took the car in for repairs and was generally unhappy with the results (what looked like drips on the door edge, poor door & fender fitment, passenger side interior door handle came off when pulled, etc.).

Well, I just noticed that the paint job is getting worse! The white stuff in the pic is beneath the clear coat and across the front 3/4's of the passenger door. I looks like they didn't clean the door after painting and before the clear coat was applied. I'm not sure why it's showing up now. It's definitely under the CC.

I never took it back since I didn't want to give them another chance to screw something up. Now I don't know what to do, but I do want my money back, and I do not want to let them try again!

Look to the left side of the pic, but it goes across from there. The bright white above the yellow reflection is also a reflection.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Sorry about the duplicate post. I saw the file size limit was 200K and hit the stop button when the first was uploading since I knew the file was 222K. Looks like it took it anyway...

just go up, show them the problem and ask for a refund, see where it gets you. tell them you dont want them to do it again, but you want your money back or youll be forced to take them to small claims court. that should be enough for them to fork over you cash( you could sue them I would imagine, but thats just a hassle, so hopefully you can bluff your way through)

then take it to a quality shop. and have it done right.

Thanks. I just remembered I have group legal as a benefit, so I'll call them Monday and get some legal advice before I do anything.

You may be obligated to let them have at least one attempt to fix it though. I'm not sure but I know at least that's how the lemon laws work with the dealers.
