Default Rear Strut Brace

Ok who out there thinks (like me) that the rear strut brace is an awful waste of storage space? Please, I know it stiffens the chasis and probably helps handleing a tiny bit (not that 98% of owners would ever notice the difference).
After a year the "coolness" factor will wear off and most will wish its not there.

My only complaint is it does not look like it was bolted on. If it was going to be permanently installed it might have been better as an option on the track package. You are right -- for 99% of the drivers 99% of the time, it is not really needed. It would have been better if it could have been unbolted, but its not a big issue to me. Now about that $%^&#@ antennae ....
