Daytona Blue or LeMans Sunset?
this is gonna sound dumb, but is pwned the same as owned?
Oh and get a DB. I want my LS to be as rare as possible
For me, DB was my 1st choice. I personally really dislike Lemans Sunset. Of the colors available for the 04 model year, Lemans Sunset was at the very bottom of my list. I'd put black as my 2nd to bottom choice only because it's so hard to keep clean (looking).

i originally wanted the lemans from seeing it in pics, but to get in a Z period, at the time i wanted one, i had to go for the db as it was available (i got #42). iwent back to the dealer a couple months later and saw the my db Z next to a lemans Z, and was quite happy i decided to get the blue. i have had tons of compliments on it and have had 2 friends now get the paint code and paint their street rods in the same color.
If you get the Le Mans Sunset, then buy the $10 promotional DVD from 2003, it'll look like you driving in the DVD!
The DVD I'm referring to is "The Run". It was available in Nissan showrooms back in 2003, but you can find it online now. I picked mine up a few months ago and it's well worth it (forgot the website). It was directed by John Bruno, 2-time Academy Award winner. It features an '03 Le Mans Sunset Z blasting through the cordoned-off streets of Prague at high speed, using 2 identical cars, 14 cameras, one take, multi-angles and even a helicopter angle.
It's awesome and a must-have for any 350Z enthusiast!

Two thoughts:
1) Consider that blue has a better resale in that it might be in higher demand if you ever sell her.
2) Better yet, what color are you passionate about? What makes you smile as you approach, then as you walk away, you turn around, look at her, and say DAAAAAMN!, it that beautiful or WHAT????

After reading your post, I downloaded the video and watched it. I was a little let down. The car sounded a little sick(and not in a good way sick). a lot of whiny noise, it was annoying. I didn't think it was worth the money they closed down the city for. Now if they would have closed down a Japanese mountain pass and make the Lemans go up hill first, then attack the downhill afterwards with some drifting, that would have rocked! But alas, they picked the Euro romantic path(which was by the way a cheesy ending with the reving at the girl.).

Sorry...but if you're going to nick pick on someone else's post for typos you're gonna get called out on shyt like this.
Oh...and pick any color but Brickyard red. I don't see any others around and I want to keep it that way.
Be like everybody else and thier brother, get DB. As for resale being higher for DB, I don't think so. Every promotional video, poster, banner etc to launch the Z is all of the LS Z. I think that will be remembered for years to come.
