Default Possible Tranny Problem??????

I have 2005 with 5500 Miles on it. I have an automatic tranny. When I floor the car in drive I get nothing. It practically goes no where but when I pop it over into the manual mode the car runs like nothing is wrong with it. When I am just sitting there with the car running it is idling and the car is shaking a little. Anyone ever experience this?

7000 miles and no problems, but I'm always in manual mode. Last time I left it in auto, I push forward to shift and put the car in neutral!

I do not have VDC. I do have TCS and I tried turning that off and I get the same thing. I am under warranty for 100,000 but I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this or knew what was going on.
