didnt the PT cruiser get car of the year for some US car mag? I don't pay any attention to car reviews unless it's from EVO (and even then, i have to wade through a little german bias).

Ehh, what are we worried about? Technically this is an 03 production model, well have to wait until the end of 03 to see how well it holds up against all the other "new" 03 models being released. (evo 8 hasnt even hit the road yet.... and sti is coming this year with 300 - 300 hp and tq on a 4wd platform. both will be good competitors for the price.)
Either way, the new Z is my car of a lieftime until the next model comes out and I upgrade....

I test drove the Mini but the Z has more hp...well duh! The Z hasn't been out as long as the Mini which may explain it. But either way, they are crazy for not picking the Z!
