Do you remember the first song(s) you listened to when you bought your Z?

His name was Lee, HE DROVE A Z,

I was on her jock, yes indeedy I wrote graffiti on the bus
First I'd write her name then carve a plus,

Heard this song for the first time in a looong time, yesterday and I noticed that line. I was actually going to post a thread about it today!
Anyway, first song that played was Jay-Z "Dirt Off Your Shoulder"
It was on the radio when I pulled out of the lot!
I made a mixed CD:
Silverstien - Your Sword Versus Our Dagger
Goldfinger - 99 Red Baloons (punk remake)
3 or 4 Lucky Boy's Confusion songs
Hawthorn Heights - Ohio is for Lovers
You get the idea.

"Setting Sun" by the Chemical Brothers...
I actually made a special playlist called 350Z!! on my ipod and took along a cassette adapter which I had to borrow in advance from a friend. I didn't wanna burn a cd, let alone 6 of them, so I settled with the ipod via cassette adapter. My first playlist was mostly electronic stuff with some hip hop mixed throughout. It was a great drive home, let me tell you!

So I don't know about this "you should listen to your exhaust when you first purchased your car" thing, because I don't think the 350Z is known for their stock exhuast notes.

Are you kidding me?? The first time I test drove a Z, the guy threw me the keys and told me to warm up the engine (December). The first thing I noticed was the growl the VQ let out as soon as I turned the key. The Z's stock exhaust note is one of the things it's well-known for. That sound was one of the reasons I bought a Z... Please, someone else agree with me on this

but that vq35de sound is over used...
G35, fx35, maxima, altima, everything..
Well, I'm certainly not a con-eh-sewer of exhaust sounds, but to my semi-deaf ear, the stock is an "interesting" sound. I'm STILL enjoying it, but having krapped that, let me just say that I did hear a Stillen, and ooooo, it had an audible "back-popple" sound. Ummm, yummy.
