Default It's Here! It's Here!

Well, I dont know who among you has read my posts in the Vin Soup thread, but I picked up a Silverstone Enthusiast order that was cancelled by another customer in november and it was due in December 28th. Last Week, NNA Told me my delivery date was scheduled to be the 20th of January now because of a delay on the aero packages. On friday I asked if they could ship me the car without the aero, and then in the future get the aero put on when it arrived. NNA told me they couldn't talk to the port until monday, and in monday they called me back. They said that the aero just arrived, and because I called they would expedite my delivery and that I may receive the car as early as the 15th of January instead of the 20th. One day later my dealership calls informing me that my car has arrived. How is THAT for expedited delivery? ETA on pickup, 6 hours!

Default Pics later?

Congrat! Bring your dig camera and take some pics. If possible, go to the dealership early and watch the prep work on it.

Default Congratulations

Sounds really good! This car is worth waiting for, but who wants to wait more than they have to!

Congrats, hokie350. Drive safely.

Unfortunately I can't take pics cause my digicam was wasted. I will have to steal one from someone.

My bad luck never ends though. After talking with the manager on the phone, and specifically telling him "No front licence plate" which he said "no problem", i show up, and it has the front plate. The manager had gone home, so the other manager told me that the guy in service is new and put them on all the z's that showed up tuesday. I was not happy. Is there anyway to plug up those holes? :P

On a side note, I took a drive up near dulles airport near my house last night, and as I was cruising down the middle lane, a mustang zipped passed me on the left, and a 350z on the right. I couldn't help but yell out "Go Buddy go!"

Yeah, sorry about your bumper. Check some other threads. Some guys have used epoxy, carefully worked to make it very smooth, and then touched up the epoxy with touch-up paint. You would only see it if you were looking for it if you did it carefully.

Anyway, you got your car! Super..........
