My steering wheel is lock and i can not find the wheel lock lever, I have pulled the tilting lever down and nothing happens. Please help, sorry for the dumb question.

 

if you mean locked as in won't turn left or right, jiggle the steering wheel to the left as you turn the key in the ignition.

hehe, you're not the first to think something was wrong when you can't put the key in all the way or it just won't let you turn the ignition after it is in... just to find out the wheel lock needs to be jiggled loose to let things go smoothly. Felt like a dumby when I finally figured it out. Oh well, live and learn.
