same exact thing i do, lol. rest my arm on the sill and it gets sucked right out. i only smoke in the Z if i'm on a long trip or something. but i only smoke about a pack a month maybe anyways, and those are all when i'm drinkin!

i used to smoke in my civic and it resulted in mad cigarette burns on the upholstry. so no smoking in the Z EVER! if i need a cigarette that bad then ill pull over to the side and light one up haha

 

It just made me want to smoke!

Smoke w/ both windows down an inch. What's up with the passenger window? (auto up/down) Takes several attempts to get it to the sweet spot. Flickin' the button for miles. . .

Same here. I had a few incidents in my 200SX where I'd flick my butt out the window and the wind would magically scoop it back up and deposit the smoldering butt right on my back seat. I guess that was nature's way of telling me not to litter...

Anyhow, I haven't quite managed to completely kick the habit, but I will not smoke in the Z under any circumstances. Even if I'm on some long 6+ hour road trip, I'll find a place to stop somewhere if I need to.

 

The only thing that I smoke is my tires-

Ex-smoker here, 2 years now. But when I was smoking, I never smoked in my house, I'd go outside to smoke, even in the harsh winters. So even if I had kept on smoking, I would do the same when I am at home, I'd would get out of the Z and have a smoke.

Part of the reason why I got the Z was sort of a present to myself for quitting smoking and all the money I save from not buying smokes, went into the car payments and mods

As for preaching to other smokers about not smoking... I didn't quit because someone told me smoking was bad, I quit smoking for myself, not for anyone else. So I have learned that telling others smoking is bad doesn't help anything.

 

I smoke outside only at home, but i DO smoke in the Z cause I gotta smoke when I drive. I did unfortunately Melt a little hole in the plastic on the door near the drivers window. I see it every day and it sucks, but I still smoke in it. Quitting soon though
