Default The Z is done im out!

This maybe my last post on the forum. Ive been on this forum for about 2 years now and will miss this place greatly. exactly 3days ago i lost my z in a horriffic accident. I was getting a ride home from one of my friends in his rx8, and another one of my friends was with us asking me for a ride in the z. At the time my z needed a new alligignment and had the spare tire on it which made me a total dumbass for taking him out in it. I said to my self i was goin to take him for a quick ride round the block and come back nothing serious. I turned a street corner and was in first gear, i punched and didnt catch traction just alot of wheel hop, went into second and started to lose control and and the spare popped, as we went sliding out of controll in the middle of second gear we hit a sewer drain and rolled the car 5 times. Landed on a persons yard next to a tree. My friend and i walked out of the car without one scratch. You can flame me all you want for wat i did, im not going to be on this forum for posting anymore, so say wat u want. All i have to say is all you young z drivers, whether you got ur z as a gradutaion gift, present from your parents, or you worked ur *** of to get it like i did. All i have to say is drive safely the car is a machine and you need to treat it with respect dont abuse the car. I learned a lesson it took a huge accident and me losing my car to learn that lesson- dont do the same as me. Take care all you z owners loved being on this forum and wish u all the best of luck.

Drivers like you are the reason for the insurance rates young drivers have. Lack of experience combined with a reckless attitude and immature arrogance that nothing bad can ever happen to them.

Wow.

Man, i know how it goes. When i was 24 i wrecked my sportbike doing stand-up wheelies at 100 mph, broke my back which hit my spinal cord. I laid on the side of the road paralyzed from the waist down at the time. It took a 7 hour surgery and lots of rods and screws to fix me. Luckily i can walk now, albeit in pain.

Soooo, you were very lucky. Just part of being young and having fun and paying if you play.

Get a faster car next time. lol... it never ends!

That sucks, thats a horrible mistake, glad you are ok.

Around here, I see idiots doing this all the time, they have a spare on the car that is meant to be driven under 50 MPH and they are driving on the freeway, doing 75+, swerving, tailgaiting, just reckless **** that shouldnt be done even with all regular tires on the car!

Spares are meant to get you to the nearest tire shop, not to show off a sports car. You learned a big lesson, one that you should have known what the outcome was going to be....sorry for the rant, I just have had to may experiences with idiots driving on spare tires.

Another young Z owner loses a Z due to carelessness,

Get a civic, you might do well around the corners next time on a spare!

BRB, going to put my spare on and do some donuts in front of the neighbors!

WOW. One hell of an incident! You and your buddy are OK, but the 350Z is gone. The car can be replaced. Its been good talking to you over the past months. There may be another Z in the future. Hope to see you back again.

Need some photos.
