Default most awesome experience in the Z

Guys and gals, I've been ever impressed with my Z and it's never failed to give me a thrill day in day out. If you gave up your Z tomorrow...what would be your most favourite memory of the Z?

I'll go first. I was on the highway and had to get off the expressway. Hit heavy traffic to get off the highway. Complete stand still. I had some good beats goin on in the car and didn't mind waiting as I saw cars in the lane next to us zipping by doing 60-70 mph. 2 minutes goes by and I'm beginning to wonder if this was an exit lane or a parking lot. Enough of this. Volumn down. I look in side mirror and traffic is not too heavy on the highway. I contemplate for a moment how dangerous it would be to get back onto the freeway. All I have to do is merge into next lane but I'm doing 0 mph and cars in the lane next to me at are highway speeds - don't do it. Seems like guts and glory and the fact that I paid a good amount of cash to drive a sports car and not a grocery car enforced the idea to push of the VDC button off. Give the side mirror another look and let the car in front of me give me a bit more of a gap. I let the needle on my tach bounce a few times up to 4000 rpm before lighting my wheels up. Drop into first and the car two lanes next to me passes me. Tires squeeling, engine roaring, rear hopping before tires clawed into the pavement bolting me firmly into my seat. Within few brief moments, I have not only caught up to the car but ripping past him. No one could have erarsed the grin the Z carved onto my face.

Just when you hit the gas that is when the lady in the van with two kids moves slowing into your lane. The driver is wearing a seat belt, but the kids unfastened theirs so they could play.

You hit the rear of the van at 50 mph. The kids go over the rear seat, and crash into steel and glass. One dies, the other lives with perminent brain damage.

You go to jail 5 years for manslaughter.

That is sooooooo cool.

thats good description... of the car tearing it up
it goes ...
i know it goes because i let it rip all the time
but i think 4000rpm launch is a bit too much for traction...

to many experiences to choose just one, but i do have an awesome trip i took in it though. from portland to idaho. alot of the trip is heading along the columbia river, then some of the canyons in washington and idaho. it was mid summer, with temps varying between 95-110. hardly another car on the road and was holding speeds way over 100mph for hours on end. the views were awesome and the windows rolled down blasting along and never even saw one cop!! had i gotten pulled over, the ticket would have been worth it!

1) kids should have worn seatbelt.

2) I drive a Z and not a lambo. I'm pretty confident that I would have time to switch lanes or hit the brakes if a van was doing 50mph. Again...hypothetical circumstance - too many ifs.

3) See your point. Now run along.

The lady driving the van should have checked her mirrors before moving. And she should also know that traffic in that lane is going at freeway speed. So, it wouldnt be his fault if he plowed into the back of her

When i got called out one lonely night to race 3 other people for huge amounts of money. It took place in Miami. I have arrived at the scene and there was so many people cheering me on as the best thing i can do was rev the **** out of my engine as my exhaust belched 5 feet of fire. I also purged my nitrous as the crowd cheered me on. Then right before the race i happened to spot a beautiful latin woman with a freckle on her cheek. She highly resembled Eva Mendes.... Anyways....The race began as i stayed ahead the whole time and gracefully drifted through some crazy wild turns. As the race went on a pesky RX-7 got to catch up and passed me. At the end i had to press my TWO NOS buttons to jump the brige 180 feet into the air and jump over the pesky RX-7 to win the race and claim my prize. The end.
