Default 350Z exchange question

I drive a 04 350z Enthusiast Silverstone 5AT, but I want a 6MT. The Z was bought used for $20,688, and has 22,800 miles as of now. The only problems it had was bent wheels and bent suspension, but I got it aftermarketed. I always wanted to drive manual, but I was too impatient and choose the 5AT.

If I went to a dealer, how much do you think the price difference will be for a new 05 350Z coupe 6MT? Thanks

If I was interested in buying you car, and saw that major suspension components had been replaced, I might just pass on it.

aftermarket = good but the market becomes smaller...
you have to sell to true enthusiasts but then they know more about cars so you probably wont get alot of $ from enthusiasts

save all the OEM parts so when the time comes to sell the Z, you can put all those stockers back on. Then list all the aftermarket parts on Ebay.

I still have the oem parts, but they are bent from what the mechanic said. I had the 17 motegi wheels, tokico gas shocks, and tein lower springs installed. So this will decrease the value as a trade in car right? What if I sold it as a private seller, will I have better chances? Thanks
