Default how do I battle against this nonsense???!!?!

My car, brand new... 06... bought in dec 06, but garage stored because it needed federal inspection to make it legal to drive in Canada..
I took my car to Canadian tire to get it inspected and to install daytime running light. I dropped my car and went to get some breakfast..
little over 40 min later, when I got back to Canadian tire, they told me that they can't install DRL because it's too complex.. fine... I left... when I got home, I realised that there's BIG scratches on my wheel. I called and took my car back to Canadian Tire. The service manager says his mechanic denies of any damage to my car, and that's all he will hear, he won't even listen to me nor look at the fresh damage done to my wheel. I asked him to at least have a good look at my rims so that the damage is so new..
he won't even do that because he's saying that on the way here, I could've run into a curve or something! That's so insane.. He's basically saying I'm a ****ing liar and denies of any responsibility. I called head office and am waiting for their response at the moment... What should I do.. what can I do?? any help would be appreciated!

file a legal claim against them. It is basicly your word against theirs.

The only way to prove something like that is to do a drop off inspection and then a reinspection before you pick it back up from the shop. Otherwise you dont have a leg to stand on.

What everyone should consider doing is getting a copy of the check off sheet like a rental car company has when you rent one. That way when ever you drop pff a car for service you can do a walk around with the service person mark off what ever is damaged on drop off and then they sign it. Now they are responsible for what ever they damage PERIOD

How big are the scratches on your wheel? Post some pics. The '06 wheels look "buff/polish friendly"... I'm sure there is a way to "polish" it out

if they are the track wheels i recently learned that they are a powder coated type and clearcoated to get the metalic satin look and if strongly through the pain un repairable.

like i said only Canadian tire does federal inspection, no other place does it
otherwise i would've never took it to Canadian Tire as they have some reputation on these things..

this is the damage of the wheel, as you can see, some of the tire polish?
put on by the dealer is still on.. the wheel had 520 miles on it only from dealership to my garage, and garage kept until the inspection
I was only driver, and I never hit a thing with the car.

Revenge is your only option at getting any compensation from this. Go over there at night and slash some tires or throw nails on the ground. Paybacks are a mother ferker.

Before you take a car for repair, walk around and take a few photos.

I managed to pass DRL issue... I got it done at a local performance shop
Canadian Tire couldn't figure out how to do it, nor could 3 nissan dealership I've been to(4 if I include dealer I bought my car from at states)
well.. actually one dealership told me they'd do it... at cost of $3000+ alpha
haha...
they told me they have to change BCU(what the hell is BCU anyway?) and reflash ECU...

oh and Canadian Tire exclusively signed contract with RIV(monopoly car import broker nationwide)
I had no choice but to bring my car to Canadian Tire.... I know it was a mistake but it was a mistake I couldn't have avoided...
