Well.. so far the Yahoo movies says that Lucas Black, Shad Gregory Moss /Aka lil bow wow, Sung Kang, Brian Tee, and Jason Tobin are starring in it.. no Vin Deisel Aka Torreto..

 

I don't know any of those people and I'm pretty sure Shad isn't even a real name.

You know, I *still* don't see an issue with this.
1. The main car in the movie is supposed to be a Mustang.
2. There are *two* Z's in those pics. Who cares if they have 3 identical cars with the same "unique" paintjob in those pics. On the big screen, all 3 of those are going to be "one" car. So in a race with dozens of vehicles, two riced out Z's are in the background. No biggie.
3. Worse case scenario... I see a few riced out Z's on the streets. I like rice. They want to screw with their cars to make them unique, and my "classic" appearance becomes unique in it's own right.
4. "The Fast and the Furious 3". Seriously, how many people are actually going to go see this movie? It'll probably release straight to DVD.

Eh. I'm not worried.

Seriously, though, there are a number of people on this forum that have cars that could just as easily be in the FnF movie (body kits, wings, lambo doors, different color panels, etc), but people on the forum think these cars are "cool".

Why the double standard?

I'm really stupid at 4:30, and I'm quite enjoying myself.

I think the cars in the movie look better than the ones people actually do themselves just because they're made by professionals. I can't stand any body kits that I've seen because the designers don't seem to understand even the most basic things. Or maybe the body products are just rushed out because they know many people will buy them. Nobody with talent ever enters into the equasion, unless maybe there's a good painter involved.

But these movies are just so stupid! It's not even about the cars. Probably the dumbest part of the first one was when they were driving 12,000 MPH for 15 minutes and only went something like 4 miles.

 

Aww man, Lil Bow Wow is in the movie? He's a typical rap cat that gets the cars that are en vogue with the music industry. Now if I could sell some beats and become a crazy hot producer I'd make a video and put everyday people with their hot cars in it. I actually don't mind the F&F movies because I don't really think when I watch them. I just ignore how hard they're trying to act cool and hip. If you were going to make an import culture movie who would you get to produce it and how would you make it differ from the F&F?

 

I was really hoping they were going to make the third F&F the same style as the first one. I really didnt mind the first one but the second one was just horrible. The worst thing you can do in a movie like this is bring in some stupid rapper like Ludacris or Bow Wow (the only rapper I ever liked being in a car movie was Master P. in Gone In 60 Seconds as he played the part extremely well) that clearly throws the movie off course. They should have stuck with the regular cast from the first one (which by the way, Paul Walker is a horrible actor) and they would have been a lot better off.

 

The Rice and the Furious! I hope this is the last one that comes out, these jokers are killing the scene/sport!

 

i want to know if they're just going junk those cars or part out the non-broken stuff for sale.

I remember reading a story on the forums where Bow Wow actually got a 350Z as a gift and he just lets his dog sit in it?

 

i dont think it would be that bad, had they not done the crazy paint/sticker jobs,

i mean, the Z has a good kit, nice rims, quality modifications, just horrible, horrible presentation.

however... this might mean some decent 1:18 scale die cast cars we can repaint later..

 

I didn't actually see a 350z in those pics in the link...or at least I couldn't tell if I saw a Z or not but I am pretty sure there was no Z to be seen.

 

just so you know i believe the blue Z is a JGTC, i would hardly call that rice, and the the white and gold are the Top Secret Drift Cars one fitted with a vq30dett(jgtc used engine) and the white has an RB26
