Its lowered down to $65,000.

I still love the way it looks, but i'd rather take my own money and mod mine up.

It says the entire body is carbon fiber... Do you have any idea how much that costs? I saw an entire carbon fiber body for an s2000 on a site once for 50,000 dollars. That's nearly two s2000's for a cf shell.

If I could afford it, I would buy the car for $55k, the starting bid price. However, the guy does only have a rating of 16, and it doesn't look like he has ever tried to sell something this expensive before.

Seriously!

That listing is pretty halfass for a car that is selling close to 70k, where only 30k of it is the foundation, and most of those expenses have gone into the parts.

Had this been my car, I would have a link to a video of the car driving around town. Then I would personally point out and describe everything I've done to the damn car all while some techno-headache throbbing music was playing in the background.

Guys, What is the appeal of having your car picture make on the front page of the magazine, do the magazine pay you ton of money to make all that is done to it worthwhile?

I just dont understand the extent some people go to just have a show worthy but impractical car.
