Question New to the Z and need some help!!

Ok as I posted earlier I just got rid of my Ford Lightning and got the Z. it is bone stock except and injen cold air intake. The Lightning was pretty Simple pulley, tuner, intake results in a mid to low 12 second truck.

I have done some searches and it is kinda confusing. What are the best mods to start with on a 03' Z, it is a touring 6speed 18" wheels. Are they computer upgrades or programmers, does exhaust really help things like that, please advice??

By the way I got it primarily for the looks and handling. Could use alittle more go power though, You get used to 400+rwhp. What can I do to get started??

thanks
