well i was stopped at a light for a while, this lady wasn't paying attention and bumps into me. left her plate numbers dented in my bumper. her insurance is paying to get it fixed this week.

i finally got a picture of my car in the daytime. enjoy!

if this is his chance to get a new bumper i say go for it. just make sure the colors match when its done.

 

that lady's plate numbr is dented in and theres a small crack you cant see in th picture. soo mad cuz i finally got it done and out the shop and back in it goes.

 

That sucks. It's not only the damage to the bumper. More than likley there is damage to the interior eneregery absorber, brackets and housings. I would take it to a Nissan dealer that has a body shop. They would know what needs to be replaced in these situations. Don't let her insurance adjuster talk you into a premature settlement for the damage done to your vehicle. Make sure to have it checked out and repaired by a competent facility that will repair it to your satisfaction. Good luck and keep us posted.

Damn that sucks!

Aside from the paint damages... are the plate marks actually dinged into the bumper? Does it recess in?

 

Thats not bad at all. you should get it checked and make sure none of the parts under the bumper got damaged. other than that a new coat of paint should fix that right up.

LOL I will have to post pics of my impact. 5k in walk around estimate... again some lady wasnt paying attention now my car is going into a custom body shop for the repairs and some work. I am having a kit put on it... hell the lady's insurance company is fronting a lot of the labor!

Do NOT let them replace it with a "reconditioned" skirt they will try to do that.
