Default Fuel Pump Question

I have a question about the fuel pump and gas tank on the 350. My car has been shutting down while driving for the last month or so. It is not going into safe mode, but it starts hesitating and then it will not accelerate and eventually dies. It feels like it is running out of gas. It has been to the Nissan dealership four times already and they can not get the car to replicate the problem. It seams to only happen when I drive the car and the last time it died the stereo was turned up and the song had alot of bass.

My Questions:

1.) I have a basslink behind the drivers seat firing downward. Has anyone think the bass from the sub could be effecting the fuel pump or the gas tank?
2). The brain from my sound processor is in the bin above the fuel pump and the RCA's are running near the fuel pump. Could this cause a problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try driving without your ganster subs pounding. When I have my music up, I can't hear anything, even my obnoxiously loud exhaust. You may just be releasing the clutch without gasing it. Try it out.

Disconnected the whole stereo at the battery, so it was not the sub.
