Default 14 more hours to go

I can't believe I will be driving my new Z in only 14 hours.

I literaly have only had about 4 hours of sleep in 7 days. No joke. I'm used to only getting 3-5 hours a day but none in the last 5 days in a row is a bit much. My eyes feel reall tired but I actually feel ok cuz I'm so freaking' excited

Can't believe I will own a 300hp sports car.

By the way on my insuarnce I was quoted over the phone for $750 every 6 months just on the Z, when I got there and she showed me all the choices and all was said and done it only costed me $733 each 6 months for BOTH of my vehicles. full coverage on both

That's with a $250 deductible on the Z. I was soooo happy I almost kissed her.

I will have pics posted Friday before dark. Anybody notice that the Z doesn't photograph that well but how come they look so hot in person??? The dealer had to e-mail the insurance lady pics, so she could confirm the car. My redline looks like the sappy redline in the '06 brotchure but is drop dead gorgeous in person.

Man I can't wait to bolt on the mods that have been laying on my floor for the last 3 months

How old are you, born in 68? In the bay that is not a bad price on insurance. Well anyways, I dont want to take away from your moment. Congrads, enjoy.

I know it's gonna be impossible to keep it under a hundered for the next few days. However, try to enjoy all the goodies inside and under the hood and break in your baby the right way. Under 4000rpms for the first 1200 miles.
Vary that speed as well.

In my case, I had it clocked by the end of the weekend. Take it for a ride to San Diego and back via Hwy 1. Wait a second ..... maybe you should wait until next weekend that way you will be a little more rested.

Hopefully, the dude is going to get some sleep before he takes the road in his new 350Z. I know I couldn't sleep the night before I picked up car.

I am still exuasted.

I have only been able to drive it home from the dealer to my parents house so far and that was only about 50 miles. I can't wait to drive it Saturday night with the new headlights and out at the coast all day Sunday. Then start slapping some of the stuff on it I have laying around I was very happy with how it drove on the freeway. Was nice and quiet and tight, not a single rattle anywhere, maybe in the future rattles will start but totally silent at least for now. 50 miles and the gas gauge barley moved at all.

Lets see if this pics comes thru. I'm on dial up here and don't know how this is going to work or not.

Thanks man.

Mostly I meant how a stock Z photographs sometimes. In some pics, like the ones of the different angles of the 06 redline in the '06 brochure, the wheel gap and how the wheels are tucked in, seem to look exagerated in pics and make the car look like it's lifted and narrow compaired with it's width.

In person the car look a lot lower and wider.

Alright!

Good luck NOT over revving it during the break-in!

Do yourself a favor, and zaino that thing immediately! You'll thank yourself for it in 30,000 miles when your Z doesn't have lots of swirl marks and stuff like everyone else.
