No thats too powerful, I would go with a Scion or a Neon!
Seriously, when you take it in, ensure you ask the technician at Duarte Nissan to check the blinker fluid and headlight fluid, if its low, switch too synthetic!

How does the headlight and blinker fluid deal with power in the car? I am not a mechanic, and would like to learn more. Thanks
Go to the Nissan Customer Service center and ask for the fluid. You have to be kinda loud so everyone can hear you including the customers.
Blinker/Headlight fluid rarely need changing, but it could affect the rear center of gravity on the front and rear of the Z! I wouldn't put it off, BTW its covered under the factory warranty, did you know that?

Also, the lack headlight and blinker fluids could be heating up the engine compartment, as the HID's on the Z can become very hot, especially without the fluids cooling them. This would reduce performance drastically because heat = death.
I have a 04 SS 350Z 5AT, stock. Lately its been much slower than usual. Every day during a red light, I check the speed by flooring on the gas pedal while on AT mode, and it feels slow. I switch it over the tiptronic mode still feels slow. Does the dealer do dyno runs, or do you guys know anyone in socal that does them? Is it the ECU, transmission, gas, tires... what do you guys think? Thanks
yeah i had the same exact problem...well on my dads car, the other day, i was stopped at the redlight, then floored it to check the speed, it was slow, then did it on tiptronic, still felt slow, i brought the car to the middletown nissan(dealer), they said it was the blinker fluid....it was a 15 minute thing tho...nothing to worry about, cost my dad 25 bucks or so...
so it shouldnt be a problem
