Random people: "Hey Nice Car!"
Me: "Thanks!" (It's usually good enough just to say thanks)

Random people: "How do you like that Z?" (I get asked this one almost everytime I go to a gas station.)
Me: "It's great! So much fun to drive"

See? That wasn't too hard

Thats because you offer nothing contructive or useful and are inconsiderate about members that way, on top of that you have such lousy written english skills that its just adds up to the frustration on people looking for something meaningful in your posts.

I always feel a bit embarressed when someone compliments our car, I feel guilty owning such a beautiful machine at times and feel bad everyone can't.

Sorry, but it's true.

I always thank 'em and answer any questions. Most people seem to want to know the price and are ALWAYS shocked when they do and find out just how reasonably priced the Z is for how much car you get.

But what does it matter what other people think, isn't what's important what YOU think about what you drive?

i agree, but whenever i go somewhere there are a million questions and comments.. after two years of dealing with it every day it becomes tiring.
it makes me want to move back to the states or sell it.

i love my car too much to sell, so i tend to only drive it for recreation... when im not going anywhere... and just ignore everyone else...

I usually act like a jerk to make myself feel better and also to give us a bad name. My Z isn't even turbo and I'm out insulting Evo's and STI's daily. JK! I always say thanks and if it is another Z owner I stop and talk about upgrades and what not. I wave at every single other Z owner on the street unless I remember they didn't return the Z greet the last time. Even when this guy called my Z a Maxima last Tuesday I wasn't rude to him. I should have ripped his ***...

I am always friendly to peeps who compliment the Z. I had a tricked out RX-8 driving along side of me complimenting me on the sound of my Z and how fast it pulled on him. I complimented him back on his exellent ride too. Saturday night in Vegas was insane with the compliments. Lots of people yelling and cheering from the side walk, requesting burnouts and exhaust rips and what not. It was cool. One guy pulled up lookin like a member of the Black Eyed Peas in a tricked out Black Mercedes and was like WHOAAAA WTF is that, that is the most badazz sounding car ever. I felt real cool about it cuz my last dyno run it didnt sound that impressive but when I drove away I was like WTF why didnt it sound like this on the dyno? So I concluded that for some reason our cars sound much better while in motion(especially uphill) then on the dyno. Any way guy was really cool and was like "lets hear it again" So I gave it some gas and he was all like "Thats what Im talking aout" ayway, it was cool and he was cool and I totally appreciate the compliments, I love my ride and put some money into it and it is always nice whe someone notices and is cool enough to compliment you. Alot of people would just stair and not say anything or scratch it when your not looking or somting so for that guy to totally dis you like that was BS. I hope some birds s#!t all over him today:icon32 I understand what some of you guys are saying about feeling embarassed though, I get that too but it is typicaly over powered by the feeling of coolness that comes along with the positive feedback.

Hey man...don't get too bothered by it. Look at the good side. Next time you'll be looking forward to be driving by them in your Z. And be like...hey remember me. LOL.

Why is it that I always see a ton of 350Z's on the road when i'm in my other car??? Does this happen to anyone else? I swear when I am in the Z I see way fewer Z's but I hop in my other ride and they are everywhere!

My 350z makes me feel like I have a bigger *****. One day I was in the mall and a girl smiled at me and I was like "how does she know I have a 350z"?

jk

Actually I was driving my 350 a few days ago and I was passed by one and he had nice rims. I waved at him and he wouldn't even look over at me...and I know he knew I was waving cause when I noticed he was ignoring I started waving SUPER big. Wonder why he didn't want to wave? Maybe because my car was black and his was white. Who knows.

A long time ago when the Z's were just out I spotted another Z which had I believe a Injen exhaust in my area of South Gate. I puled up to him in my Z and said "Nice exhaust is that the Injen". He responded by "figure it out" with some broken english and took off. I was shocked but lucky for him he left before I could respond back to him. I tell you things would have been different if the light had not turned green. The thing is in my area ( South Gate ) Z's are very few if any. Ecorona is the only other Z in the area and I never see him driving around. I could not believe what a A-hole guy he was for saying that..
