Yea. I love it but it definately got tiring going on a 6hr ride to austin during thanksgiving. Damn ****ty austin roads. I feel every imperfection in the roads.

Then again I have non-stock springs as well

But its so fun when taking turns at high speeds

you wish the car had backseats? how is that a complaint, its a god damn 2 seat sports car.

your knuckles bleed when adjusting the seat? how many times do you need to adjust the seat

eat at a chinese buffet and you won't fit into the seat? lose some weight

please sell your car ASAP and get a nice cushy benz
+1. Benz is too good for him though. He actually should not even be driving. Sounds like he should be in a mental institution somewhere.

He is certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

None of the oem equipment, and after some modding, noises start to arise...

It would appear to me that the Z is the nicest car you own. The Z is also not a winter car, but you already knew that, right? You also realize that it is a RWD sports cars, don't you?

If you were just kidding around then you must be a troll or like to be flamed by people that are far more intelligent.

Gotta go, I hear my husband calling from the top of the mountain.

Well. Let's see if I can do this without having the post deleted. On all three of your questions, the answer is yes.

Default Wow

im literally amazed at all the complaints.
i have none, i bought it cause i loved it.

however for all the complaints out there:

dash rattles: turn up the radio or take it to the dealer to get fixed. not a big deal

radio sucks: buy a new one. its called aftermarket. meaning after sh*t f*ks up

being able to see the trunk space: window tint. good stuff

Blind spots: look harder

Bumpy ride: umm hello. its a sports car not a cadillac

shocking oneself: no clue there, have leather seats. no problem. however minor

stock tires suck: put some new rims and tires on it, looks better anyways.

no glovebox: deal with it, dont get pulled over and its a cleaner look imo

cup holders: why are you eating and drinking in your car anyways. its a Z not a minivan. and for the cupholder popping open, get an 06

cubby hole: many uses: change, condoms, sunglasses, watches, toothpicks, knife, cell phone, mini cologne, wedding ring, small gun, and all kinds of stuff can go in there.

sunglass holder up top. fits oakleys perfect

rear hatch problem. take up with dealer or get a new one

automatic lights.: i hear you on this one, however how lazy are you really.

cheap paint up front: buy a bra for road trips and or dont follow so closely

and all other complaints are mostly lame. you bought the car, you weren't held by gunpoint to drive it. its an awesome car that deserves love. i love mine, it has plenty of room for sex. mostly in the rear though. the rattles, i turn the radio up and all others well its a sports car and runs like one and this is what i love best about it. The Z rules.

i can deal with my cd player skipping, yet i cannot deal with the fact that my brakes still squeak.

sigh. i must deal with it, for ive taken it to the dealer a little less than 20 times and still no real resolution

lgearing. You are correct. It is a sports car. I have two complaints only. Those are oil consumption and Nissan Customer service. Some of these complaints just amaze me. It's not a luxury sedan. Oh well, some people don't understand what they are buying I guess.

They don't make a bike rack for it, but it's a Z so I can live with that. The original floor mats were crap and wore out but the new ones have the rubber insert that holds up better. My Z has 34,000 miles on it and I still get in it and think, "God I love this car." I'm heading north tomorrow for a 450 mile trip and I can't wait to hit the road.

The damn "ICY" warning that overrides the gauge pod speedo!
Annoying as hell IMO. If I want to know the temp, I will view it myself thanks.
Seems to happen at the worst times to boot.
And where is it "ICY" when it's 38 degrees outside, lol? Must be in Japan or something.

Nissan customer service FTL.

My power outlet which is behind me in my 2003. What genius came up with that concept?

The ICY warning taking over the trip computer is a good one. The theory is that while the air-temp can be 37-38 degrees, the ground (and any surface moisture) could still be frozen. During that time of year when it's been below freezing at night, but warms up in the morning, this is a decent tool (still annoying, but I see what they're trying to accomplish.)

I'm with you, the power outlet location must have been thought of by the engineers after a long night of drinking because that location SUCKS!!!

My former 02 Maxima's trip computer also had similiar ICY behavior and trigger points but it had no digital speedo.

As for the power outlet, I was surprised too by the poor location of both power outlets (extra one in the 04+ models) considering how much the Japanese smoke (been there 3x).

As for the bumpy ride that I mentioned and the responses I got, you should try driving the 8 miles south of my work on highway 85 (between 280 and 101) around here. In both directions, it's very harsh and bouncy the whole time. When I drive the Z to work, I have to put up with it. When I lived in WA, the roads were noisy, but I never had more than 1/4 mile stretch of highway w/as bad a ride. I haven't ridden in on 04.5 or newer to see if the ride has improved and things have gotten lesss bouncy.
