Clutch stuck AGAIN today!!
My '06 has almost 2,000 miles on it now and I have 2-1/2 issues with the clutch.
All this time I have been fearing tranny grinds and the tranny is fine but it's the clutch that is giving me probs.
1. Somewhere around the 1,000 mile mark I noticed that the clutch sometimes clicks once when I start to initially depress it. Sometimes it may do it several times in a row and other times in may not do it at all several times in a row.
2. Twice now (today and once last week) I have had the clutch stick in the halfway returned position, when upshifting. The first time it happend I was hauling a$$ down the freeway at about 80 or so and after I upshifted, the pedal stuck after I released at the midway point for about 1-1.5 seconds, which was just enough time to smoke something (clutch) because it smelled like $hit, as the RPM's went high.
2-1/2. Also need to adjust that damn engagement point.
I have seen a couple of threads on the clutch sticking but would like to hear others peoples dealings with it, if they had this happen.
I will bring all issues up when I bring it in for it's first service.

While I went out drifting last weekend my clutch also got stuck around the halfway point. I lost my drift so I spun out. At first I thought I completely burned out my clutch because my car wouldn't move. I just stomped on my pedal a few times and everything is back to normal.

Probably.
But hey at least they threw in some nifty aluminium interior trim pieces for the '06's
