You are right about advice that way Entaille.
I worry about him making someone jealous and they end up doing something to his car.
I realize that some of these new owners are going to be young, and my first car when I was young was an 83 Mustang GT, first year they put 4 barrels on that 302, and a 5 speed.
I look back to my driving history to 83 and 84 and am amazed they let me keep a license so I try to remember youthful enthusiasm.

 

Some lady came up to me and said "From back there, I thought it was a lexus, but when I got closer... it wasn't"

 

it would insult me if someone thought that my car is a boring lexus.

Last week my FOB co-worker asked me is that your new Porsche?!?!? I said Hell yeah thats my new Porsche!!! He was like WOW nice!!!

 

first night. pretty much every chick that drove next to me turned and looked.

 

I was waiting to pick my wife up at the subway station. A small group of people in their late teens/ early twenties approach (2 girls and 2 guys). One of the girls said
" WOW! your car looks like it should be in a James Bond movie". Then one of the guy says " It's nice to see a guy who is smiling and happy driving a nice car. Most guys driv'n nice cars always got a pissed off look on their face".

 

i saw some lady taking pictures of my car in the parking lot with her phone the other day.

 

"wow 300 hp"

 

I've only had my Z for less then a week now and honestly i knew it was a nice car but didn't think they attracted so much attention. The first day when i brought it home my neighbor a few houses down(MILF) stops by and says to me " If i was younger and not married i'd be down here all over you right now"

And Yesterday i was heading to my softball game and i pull in and start driving around the first field to get to the back of the park and everyone just stopped playing softball and watched me drive by... I just smiled.

 

Probably because they deal with so many haters. At least in my hippy town that's what gets me pissed off

i have had a couple good ones. my fav one tho is when i drove by a bus stop and some little kids pointed at my car and said "thats my car"!!!

 

The day I got my new nogaro red 350z, I drove into a single lane street, as soon as I make the turn, I saw two renovation workers of some kind standing at the curb and staring at my car. As I pass them, I heard one of them said this to his partner, "Now, that's a REAL car." And that made me feel good for hours.

So I have been looking to get my girlfriend a dog for a while now, and so the other day I was driving around, about 2 days ago, and I pulled up next to an accord and i saw a dog looking out the window. So i decided to ask the girl driving what kind of dog it was and how much she payed for it. Her response "Give me your number first"

 

Best compliment i got was

"hey do you have a lighter"



But she said it with a look and a giggle that really translated into

"i'll F*** you right here in the middle of traffic if you want"


unfortunately my girlfriend was actually driving right behind me watching all this so i couldnt do $hit but raise my window and drive away. . .
