my story isnt really a compliment its just something that happend but i consider it a compliment tho. Me and Zincognito where rolling down to the beach when i realize that these two guys are following us down the highway in a subaru. we went all the way down to the end of the beach strip and I park my car. well the guys park their car right behind ours and they get out of their car and start looking at my car and he said i just bought my WRX it only has 350 something miles on it but i love your car i was just thinking to my self i bet he regrets it now so i just smiled and said thanx and waived as he left with a face of disappointment...lol

I was at a friends' birthday party and someone's kid (approximately 4 years old) pulled me into the toy room. She handed me her pull-back 350z diecast and said,
"Here you go, you're a boy so you can play with this. It's the bestest car!"
"Oh why thank you, I have a bigger one in front of the house."
She gave me the look and said,
"But this one's better!!!"

Was driving my Z in Vegas and a hooker stops me and signals me to roll down the window, so I did, and she sticks her head in and says "wanna have some fun Bigboy?" and I politely said "yeah later, after I go eat lunch" and then she said "ok cool, see ya then, oh by the way, nice car, you must have a big ****" and I politely said "thanks" and then I drove off..

Best thing that happened to me was at a meet a month or so ago. I pulled in a little late and was circling around the parking lot, I looked in my rear view mirror and there must have been 15 people walking behind my car as I circled the lot waiting for me to park lol. I couldn't even get out before people were sticking their heads in the passenger window lol.

I was at the beach one night, parked illegally (private beach of which I'm not a member). The cop was sitting by my car when I walked up to the lot, lights on and all. I went over to his window, he told me "You know you can't be here, but it's such a nice car I just couldn't put a ticket on it."
Of course that doesnt really compare to the GF telling me the car gets her 'hot', but it was a nice compliment nonetheless.

Oh another story from last weekend. I parked on the main street of a local town (lots of bars and stuff, it's a big hangout). It was pretty dead because it was sunday night, but when I came back to the car this one guy was sitting on the bench across the street from my car just looking at it and talking to his girl. As I get closer I hear him talking to his girlfriend about how much he wants one and oh it's great because it's got this and that and it's fast and blah blah blah. Then his girlfriend tries to tell him that he won't fit in that little car, and he is all defensive NAH I CAN DEFINITELY FIT IN THERE, IT'S GOT MAD HEADROOM....
It was nice because he didn't know it was my car, and he wasn't talking to me, he just saw it and had to tell his girlfriend about how much he wants one. What got me is that he actually took the time to sit down on a bench and admire the car. He got up after I pulled away.

I get the Porsche question all the time. I also get a lot of compliments when I go through drive throughs, . Maybe because they have to reach down to hand me my food or something, I don't know.

This past Saturday I was at a local car show and an 8 year-old-ish boy was like, "Wowwwwwwwww mom, a 350ZZZZZZZZZZ, it's my dream carrrrr!"
It doesn't mean as much as the compliments coming from older fellas, but it was quite hilarious...

When I first got my 03, people walking by would slow down and stare and point. The kids still do it after school. I even had a lady stop and ask about it because she wanted one. I actually caught myself sounding like a car salesman. I've also had the thumbsup or wave, or women just staring with their mouths hanging open or going 'wow.' It's still fun to watch for rubberneckers wherever I go.
