Default im a b*astard, but for a reason

I know many Z enthusiasts out there drive conservatively on the road because they know that yes, in fact, they drive a nice car and they wont flaunt it. but who of you out there cant resist the urge to pull up next to a civic with huge rims and a nasty muffler and mess around a bit? a chevy malibu with a non-matching body kit and muffler? I guess it is quite a cocky thing to do, but sometimes, dont you feel liek you gotta establish some dominance and hierarchy on the road?

i guess its all for the love of the Z

just depends on the situation i guess, but usually thats how i think

i dont' for a couple reasons. for one reason, some of those civics are actually faster than our zs. and another reason, how would you like it if a viper or a vette did that to you? but if your motive is to show superiority over the civic or anything else, don't race them; just drive by them as if you don't notice them. trying to out-do them will just make them think that their car is better than it really is.

Not at all. I'm happy with my ride and I hope the next guy is just as happy with his, whatever it is.

I only usually choose to oblige when another z/g owner asks me to spool er up. Sometimes I get older guys in work trucks or domestic owners that compliment the car and ask to hear the turbo. Seems to make them happy.

that's probably the one of the best things you could do to one of those ricers. they thrive on attention.

You seem to forget, we are not at the top of the food chain, performance-wise. I bought my Z for personal satisfaction, pure and simple. I've got nothing to prove to anyone.

somehow people who need to show off their z (as if driving it is not good enough) are likely ex-ricers who updgraded coz they can afford more... but still have the rice mentality... or they hang around people who do...

I'll bet your previous car was a civic or integra (modded of course)

When I bought it, people were like "Man, you can get mad tail now.", and I'm like "Umm, I already could." This thing is strictly for me. ME ME ME ME Memememe MMEE. Mine.

I won't mess with anything less than a bonified sprots car. Though like taurran said, I will get on it if I can tell someone wants to hear it roar.

Some ricers are not bad people; they just have bad taste in fixing up their car. You ever see a riced out car with a hot girl in the passenger seat? LOL.

I don't race ricers, btw.

Sometimes I find myself chasing Mustangs. Then I take a second and figure wait a second, what the heck am I doing? I have an envelope filled with time slips. I don't need to prove anything.

The Z is an expensive car. Not many people can afford it, so don't go knocking on some stupid ricer because you have a Z. They may not be as blessed w/ money as you are. Granted, I would never rice out my civic... I'd save the money and take my girl out to a steak dinner and get laid. But that's just me.

Don't be a *****. If a viper or vette did that to you, you would get *** raped. Ricers know your car is faster than theirs...

I would never pull up next to a civic and show off. However, if they rev their engines, w/ that muffler that makes my ears hurt, and actually TRY to **** me off into a race... I will not hesitate to show them who's boss. Likewise, I don't pull up next to vettes or vipers and strut my stuff either...

Only race (and I dont call it race, its fun spirited formation driving) cars in my car's "class"....
Other than that, I guess I'm a fairly conservative driver.

if i see a horrid abomination of an automobile no matter what vehicle i am driving i make sure they see me shaking my head and laughing my *** off...but thats about all i can do becuase i am trying to get my tickets off my record eventually and a street racing hit would not help very much..but i will admit it is DAMN hard not to put them in their place sometimes when they initiate it
