Default 05 base for $25,000 with 8,000 miles???

So tonight I called on an 05 base 350 with 8,000 miles about 200 miles away. The asking price is $25,500 and I asked what he would take cash and he said $25,000. WTF That aint much less. I thinks I will offer 23k and hope he settles for $23500-$24000. Does that sound like a deal or what?? Sounds good to me. What do yall think I can get for it besides going back to bed???

Don't even buy a '05 Base, go for the '06 Base instead. Get the '06 for the 300 horses, Bi-Xenon and tailights, its going to cost you near $1500 to put those exteriors on the '05. Probaly another $1000 to get 13 more hps.
