wow i see a what would you do if you had $1000 to spend post every day now. If I had a $1000 I tell ya what I'd do... I'd go down town and buy a <fill in the blank> or two cuz I'm crazy about <fill in the blank>(s).

honesty $1,000 dollars isn't a lot of money but it depends what you want out of the car. if you want show then that would be your personal preference but with perfomance such as track/handling then i'd get coilovers from splparts.com
then save up for aftermarket sway bars, better pad compound, and max summer tires
an exhaust really isn't going to shorten lap times by all that much... its more for show and grunt. same goes for pulleys, intakes, etc... it does improve the cars performance but i think fixing the body roll will help a lot more and give a much nicer feeling.
