Well,
They finally got the damn snow tires on so last night I finally took possession of my CS Performance package Z. I am so hyped. I actually got out of bed early an headed in to work ahead of schedule just to drive it. What an amazing car.
I cannot believe how much attention this car gets. Its like driving a Ferrari or something. On my way in this morning, people are pointing at me, stopping to look, etc.
The wife and I sent to Subway last night after picking her up. She went in while I waited in the car. In the span of 10 minutes I had three cars full of guys stop directly in front of the car, stare, slowly circle around to the back, stop stare. I blipped the throttle for the last car to let them hear the exhaust and they all started giggling like school girls and giving me thumbs up.
I'll do a full write up later, but so far so good. I think the only pisser is that I'm coming out of a 2k2 Max (now the wife's car) and I miss the heated steering wheel and radio/trip computer buttons. Changing the trip computer is a bit awkward cuz you have to reach around the steering wheel to press the buttons.

I was inducted last week and I agree with everything you said. Its unbelievable how much attention the car gets! I thought it was a joke when reading the stories here, but now I get it and you do, too. I hope you love the car as much as I do...

Welcome to the club! Congrats 
I am picking up a CS touring tomarrow, so I will be right there with you brother, I can't wait. I work a 1/2 day tomarrow and I am SURE it will feel like 3 days, and I won't beable to sleep tonight (better than christmas for a 10 year old)

Well, after going to seven different dealerships in New England - I finally found one that was able to teack down my Blue Touring Z - I got every option. Unfortunately the next available one isnt coming till march or April - still, gave my deposit and signed the papers - and I get to hang on to my trade (98 RAM 4x4) thru the end of winter. Life is good...
