I have had ECU reflash on my Z about 6 month ago.
Unless you MUST reflash due to your mods (Headers, F/I, etc),
I say don't do it yet.
I've actually lost power after the reflash, and now I'm back to stock ECU.
Also, if you do get to reflash, make sure they put back the fan
connectors because they forgot to do that on mine and my Z overheated

They worked wonders on my ECU. The car pulls like no other. At dyno days, I noticed that those with reflashes all were putting down more power than those without across the board.

Agreed. I haven't dyno'd it yet after my reflash, but I can tell you the car pulls really hard after it. Overall a very positive experience and didn't have any problems.

I dynoed some crazy numbers after my technosquare reflash, I didn't do a baseline so I dont know exactly how much i gained. but i'd like to do another dyno to make sure these numbers are accurate. but it was 283 after 3 pulls with a popcharger on the 06 rev-up motor. dyno was done at church's dyno day 04-01-06

I dont understand why you would reflash just with a pop charger. You should only do it if have alot of mod that would lean you out i.e. headers, tp's, HFC,s exhaust.

maybe you'll understand if i told you I had it done for freeeeee! TS Reflashes on 06's aren't out yet, they needed to use mine to crack the code for the rest of the 06's. Plus once I install more bolt-ons, I can get free tuning since TS is close to my house.

thanks for your comments... i ran with a 2003 350z the other day (i have a2004) and we had the same mods but he had his ECU flashed. his car pulled way harder than mine and it's hard for me to beileve that only flashing your ECU would make that big of a difference.

i have mine reflashed. feels smoother all across the powerband. quick question though, they charge 150 to reflash again after the initial reflash. if i went f/i would it still be 150? or will they charge me more?

I always wondered why you reflashed with just a popcharger. Now I know. Lucky... I still think 283's wrong though. Way too high, even for a 06 model. Plus, Church's dynos are known to be generous. I'd redyno sometime soon with similar conditions.
