Staindone, you made the right choice.You didn't run, you thought "kill or leave".Being 18 the law would view you as an adult(if you hit them).In other words your the one getting fked. You would have been arrested&jailed.Use a bat(or any weapon) hello FELONY.Possibly prison.If not prison,I'll guarantee 3to5 yrs.PROBATION.That includes having you house searched,at least once a month for weapons. As they say the pen is mighter than the sword (sue them use the money for mods).Right choice, no regrets!

It's funny - the kids in my neighborhood know not to mess with my car. It helps to have a brother that is 6'5" and tip the scales at 300. LOL. He can't borrow my ride cuz he don't fit.

My concern wouldn't be whether I could kick a 14 years olds butt, my concern would be while you are beating one of them up, the other 2 will run around and kick the crap out of your car.

Not at all how the law really works, at least not in Virginia. You don't get autojailed for something like that, like any other assault or self-defense case, all arguments are brought into consideration

Read the posts Ruth he started in on me! I think you should start from the beginning then you will understand where I am coming from. Where are the Stripes when you need them?? Help!! I have never been to Cali, would like to check it out some day, don't think I'd be happy living there though since I have a huge firearms collection. A lot of the stuff I own can't be carried across the state line.

To many laws,people are rude and hateful.Neighbors stick to themselves.It's to fast of a life style.It's not the glamor **** you see on TV.A lot of white flight(were moving next year) my daughter is moving also.Probably Tenn.or N.C.This use to be a nice town,if they had closed the border 50yrs.ago.We very seldom go out after dark,it's safer being home.I have a Sig45,in case someone come thru a window at 2or3 in the morning,to recieve their last rites. You drive what 3or4 miles to country to shoot.I have to drive over 30,and then hope their are no Fire Hazard signs(if so, no shooting). Gas is close to 4 bucks. Visit,there are some sites to see,but like I first said,to many laws. If ya cant tell,I'm just a good ol southernboy.
