Default Animated Avatar?

As I was searching the forums, I came across many different members with animated threads. However, when I went to upload an animated avatar myself, it read something like "you can not upload animated images" How can I upload an animated avatar like many others on this forum? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Just tested mine & it works for me. You just have a file size limitation which is set quite low for most animated pics. You have to find one that meets their file size & size requirements.

Do you know what that might be? Its very weird, so many people have them but it is not working for me.

Sorry...typo on my part. I meant "they" (this site) has a file size limitation. Try testing a small animated smiley first & see if it works.
